We are seeking a highly organized Project Lead to manage projects from kickoff to closure. The successful candidate will have experience in project coordination, ability to understand CAD drawings, and proficiency in SAP. The Project Lead will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining accurate project records.
Key Responsibilities
Project Kickoff: Coordinate project kickoff meetings, ensure all stakeholders are informed, and set project expectations.
CAD Drawings: Ability to understand and interpret CAD drawings to ensure project accuracy.
Preparing MOM: Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) for project meetings and ensure action items are assigned and tracked.
Project Updates: Collect project updates from engineers and send progress reports to customers.
Material Management: Order and track materials in SAP, working closely with the planning team to ensure timely delivery.
Billing Coordination: Coordinate with the billing person to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Project Closure: Prepare project closure documentation, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and filed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a related field (e.g., engineering, construction management)
At least 3-5 years of experience in project engineer/lead or a related field
Ability to understand CAD drawings
Proficiency in SAP will be preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of experience in project engineer/lead or a related field
Experience in Building automation industry.
Knowledge of project management.
Basic Commissioning capabilities are added advantage.
