Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing client portfolios and acquire new clients to achieve revenue and asset/liability targets.
- Drive client relationships, including engaging with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers in emerging industries.
- Work on complex financial transactions, including GTS, GPS, GM, ISV, DCM, and ECM products.
- Monitor client portfolios for risk, early warning signals, and annual credit reviews.
- Collaborate with internal departments like Risk, CDT OPS, GLCM, and GTRF to deliver seamless services to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, audit, and financial crime (FCC) requirements.
- Lead and mentor Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs) to drive portfolio growth and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications
- CA/MBA degree with relevant experience in corporate banking and client management.
- Strong commercial lending knowledge, including credit, trade products, and financial analysis.
- Experience working with New Economy or Startup sectors is an advantage.
