Role Overview

As a Process Analyst in the Claims team, you will work within IBM BPO to handle claims investigation, processing, and payments for Life and Annuity Insurance. This role is critical to maintaining client satisfaction through efficient claims management while meeting productivity and quality targets. Flexibility to work in shifts is required.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Process Analyst will include:

  • Managing claims investigations, processing, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Validating claims documents, calculating benefit amounts, and releasing payments to beneficiaries.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational processes and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Graduate (non-technical) with at least 1.5 years of experience in Life/Annuity claims processing.
    • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

    • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
