  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

Required Skills and Expertise

  • 6–8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Consulting roles.
  • Experience working with Consulting or Systems Integration (SI) organizations is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with C-Suite executives.
  • Knowledge of the Information Technology industry and advanced sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
