As a Talent Acquisition Partner at IBM, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for Sales, Consulting, and Go-to-Market roles. This position involves full-cycle recruiting, collaborating with business leaders, and leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and define position requirements.

- Leverage networking, market mapping, and advanced sourcing tools to attract top-tier talent.

Required Skills and Expertise
- 6–8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Consulting roles.
- Experience working with Consulting or Systems Integration (SI) organizations is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with C-Suite executives.
- Knowledge of the Information Technology industry and advanced sourcing tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
