For this role we believe you have a university degree. 4-7 years with responsibility to support the service delivery with Expert knowledge of Accounting and Reporting processes in an SAP ERP environment and experience in multicultural and multinational organization.

Further if you have experience in:

• Functional-SAP knowledge (FICO)
• Accounting knowledge – IFRS or IAS
• Communicate effectively and confidently in English with Presentation skills – Storytelling
• Analytical Skills and data analysis with MS Excel – able to use V/H lookups and pivot tables
• Demonstrated process Simplification, Standardization and Automation with SAP and RPA
• Maintain discretion in confidential matters
• Have a desire to develop professionally and in personal life with a solution focused approach and able to work both in a team and independently.
• Love sharing knowledge (act as internal trainer, coach for end users)
• Customer service excellence

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
I use my knowledge and my professional skills to provide an excellent professional service to the business with business partner in focus. I work on establishing and maintaining strong relationship with Business, partners, and Group functions. I will be the ‘go-to’ person for smooth day to day operations for partner, business, and group functions.

You will:

• Provide user support according to working routines within GBO and other Stakeholders
• Handle operational and project tasks in Business Support Areas
• Support stakeholders with the knowledge of the tool or solution
• Be responsible for sharing and maintaining all the documentation/tools/training materials to ensure smooth and efficient usage of procedures within Finance Services, Process Team, and Service Providers
• Support development and update of approaches, frameworks, procedures and best practices to help Finance Services to answer customer inquiries/provide daily service accurately and efficiently
• Share news & updates with stakeholders/end users
• Perform Data Management within solutions in scope
• Ensure security for user’s management and audits according to the legal requirements
• Take responsibility for the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in the everyday work
• Be internal trainer and coach for other team members and super users about tools/solutions/documentation/news in your dedicated Business Support areas
• Ensure that solution is in line with global processes/directions and country specific requirements
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of process and working routines compliant with the legal requirements and Global process
• Perform test activities; create test scenarios, run test systems, and document test results for the system/solution
• Support projects and changes
