Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the flow of carts and strollers throughout the store.
  • Assist customers in loading merchandise into vehicles efficiently.

  • Disassemble AS IS merchandise when required.
  • Assist customers with merchandise returns.
  • Report any inoperable equipment to managers.
  • Ensure the outside area is stocked with necessary materials like twine.
  • Collaborate with furniture pick-up and warehouse staff to maintain merchandise integrity.
  • Use available resources to learn about product features and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic about teamwork and collaboration.
  • Disciplined, proactive, and adaptable to change.
  • Experience with material handling equipment (preferred but not required).
  • 6-months of experience in a warehouse, retail, or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Comfortable in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
