The Intuit Enterprise Suite team is launching a series of exciting new initiatives to fuel the growth for Mid-Market businesses by becoming their single source of truth for running their business and also managing their finances.
As the Group Product Manager for Enterprise Intuit Suite, you will lead a team developing strategy, driving prioritization, and delivering detailed, crisp business requirements that will be used to build the next generation of Intuit Enterprise Suite capabilities.You’ll lead a team of product managers, inspire a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, designers, marketers, customer care, analysts and researchers to deliver best-in-class product experiences.

- 8+ or more years of Product Management experience, preferably in the area of B2B SaaS companies focused on growth and innovation.
- Strong data literacy and ability to use data and analytics to back your strategic approach.
- Experience defining, owning, and managing a product roadmap.
- Experience leading product teams and scaling them as the business grows
- Strong analytical, prioritization, communication and negotiating skills are a must.
- Experience in matrixed organizations; able to drive results through collaboration and influence.
- Passionate about building great products, innovation and solving complex customer problems.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to drive fast decisions
- A bias for action and rapid experimentation with a proven track record of delivering results atscale that impact critical business metrics in the short and long
- Undergraduate degree required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science or a related technical discipline (equivalent professional experience will be considered); advanced degree a plus.

- Develop a clear and bold product strategy for launching our new Enterprise Business Suite of products and services designed for larger, more complex businesses who typically have high revenue and multiple , subscriptions/companies. Drive on-going product experiences to scale experiences across hierarchy (users, thresholds enforcement, upgrade/ downgrade)
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales on enabling the sales pipeline for launch, including post launch activation/retention/upsell
- Define and lead project management and financial vision and product strategy to scale from SMB to MM
- Define and lead Mid-market AI strategy and deliver native experiences to scale, tailor and deliver profitability
- Lead a diverse team of product managers who will drive day to day execution of the product portfolio.
- Drive alignment and prioritization with leadership to define a roadmap to achieve and lead execution across Sales, Marketing, CS and other product teams
- Engage with multiple business stakeholders to ensure all product needs are captured, most importantly across the other scrum teams.
- Leverage deep analysis of customer and site analytics to understand behavior and platform performance, using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
