Manages the payroll offering for APAC & EMEA
Responsibilties
>Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
> Ability to work with a sense of urgency when required and uphold deadlines
> Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information relating to payroll and HR activities
> Comprehensive and working knowledge of payroll systems
> Strong interpersonal skills
> Problem solving , Eye for detail, should be flexible to work in pressure
> Ability to analyze and develop efficient processes and procedures
> Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills & ability to prioritize responsibilities
> Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
> Understanding of Payroll and HR legislation and processes (ie. interpretation of awards and legislation, tax)
Qualification
>> Commerce Graduate, with exposure in APAC & EMEA payroll and HR activities
> Minimum of 8-10 years payroll experience
> Technical and functional experience with ADP and Cloudpay systems preferred.
> Thorough knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulatory and financial requirements
> Basic knowledge of Payroll Accounting
> Experience with the management of an outsourced payroll tax service
> Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end payroll processing requirements
