As an Operations Lead at Jio Cloud Services, you will manage the post-sales order lifecycle, from order capture to delivery. Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Order Fulfilment
- Oversee the entire post-sales process from order capture to delivery.
- Develop and optimize workflows to meet customer demands and exceed expectations.

Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and mentor the Order Management team to enhance productivity and service quality.

Customer Communication and Satisfaction
- Serve as the primary contact for escalations and issue resolution.
