Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Technical Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai or Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill our technical positions effectively.

- Sourcing (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in identifying and attracting top talent through various sourcing channels.
- Screening (Mandatory skill): Expertise in reviewing resumes and screening candidates to match the technical requirements of job positions.
- Interviewing (Mandatory skill): Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates effectively and make informed hiring decisions.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of technical roles, skills, and the knowledge needed to match job specifications.
- Candidate Assessment: Strong ability to evaluate candidates through various assessment techniques to determine their suitability for roles.
- Negotiation: Proficient in negotiating employment offers, compensation packages, and other terms with candidates.
- Talent Acquisition: Experience in managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and job applications to match candidates with suitable job openings.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Negotiate job offers, salary, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system.
