JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be responsible for developing automated reports after understanding assigned business processes, reviewing requests for new or enhanced reports supporting those processes and researching, evaluating and recommending solutions to satisfy those requests. To be successful developing the reports, the Business Analyst Associate will need to gather and analyze large amounts of data from differing data sources, identify relationships between the data analyzed, review those relationships with report requesters and other subject matter experts and define specific criteria needed to identify non-compliant accounts to satisfy the business requirements..

Job responsibilities

Possess strong relationship skills and ability to collaborate across organizational levels
Frequently resolve complex assignments independently and ensure projects are completed according to established timelines
Maintain consistent communication, both written and verbal, with team and business process owners with regards to the progress of development efforts
Eagerly work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment with a strong desire and aptitude to learn and adapt to new technologies
Demonstrate proficiency with sourcing and compiling data from a tool with Extract / Transform / Load (ETL) capabilities such as Alteryx, Trifacta, Ab Initio or R as well as creating and deploying reports with a Business Intelligence (BI) tool such as Tableau.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

4+ years of report development experience required
Experience in data analytics utilizing advanced SQL using large-scale enterprise database platforms such as Teradata and Oracle required
Experience with SAS for report automation required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Access and Excel skills for data analysis, PowerPoint skills for executive reports creation along with Word and Visio for process documentation required
Bachelor’s Degree
