Responsibilities

  • Organize employee engagement activities
  • Deliver and implement the highest quality induction and on-boarding programs for new hires to introduce the employee to his/her new role and responsibilities; define goals and set expectations
  • Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances and maintain cordial employee relations.
  • To drive and create Fun at Work Atmosphere by planning and executing team games, contests, Company outing, Sports meet, cultural events etc. on a monthly / annual basis as a part of team building activity through in-house event teams.
  • Counsel employees on various behavioral issues like perennial absenteeism, late coming, misconduct etc.
  • Design disciplinary procedures, final warning, employee termination, etc.
  • Ensure proper documentations of the issues, procedure and action plans.
  • Early Engagement Program to understand challenges and thereby liasioning with business and creating action plans
  • Effectively administrate the PIP process (Performance Improvement Plan) across organizations
  • Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys
  • Initiate and administer periodic employee satisfaction surveys

What You Bring To The Table

  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement activities in any organization, preferably in the BPO/KPO industry
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Willingness to work from office for 6 days in a week
