- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

- Self-motivated and passionate about operational excellence in large-scale environments.
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with incident management and escalation processes.
- Solid experience with Linux system administration.
- Familiar with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.).

- 1+ years of experience in technical operations or a similar role.
- Experience with Shell scripting and Python for automation tasks.
