  • Experienced in troubleshooting network concepts (IPv4/6, TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, FTP, etc.).
  • Able to effectively communicate technical issues and resolutions to both engineering and non-engineering teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • A team player who works well in collaboration with peers and other teams.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about operational excellence in large-scale environments.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience with incident management and escalation processes.
  • Solid experience with Linux system administration.
  • Familiar with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.).

Preferred Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in technical operations or a similar role.
  • Experience with Shell scripting and Python for automation tasks.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to dive deep into problems.
