In the department of Hair Care Research, we are looking for an Associate Formulation Scientist
Type of contract: Full time
Location: Mumbai, India
As an Associate Scientist in the Development group, your responsibilities will include..
Managing Hair care formulations for CPD & PPD.
Work to secure launch plans for Hair care.
Work closely with Claims team to manage claims and scientific communications.
Work with regulatory affairs teams.
Maintain Close connect with global lab partners.
Work closely with cross-functional teams like CMI, DI, Evaluation
Work closely with stakeholders like Operations teams: PD, Factory, QC, Sourcing
Key point of contact for Hair care Marketing
To Succeed In This Position, You Have
Bachelors/Masters or PhD in relevant disciplines
6-8 years Industry experience in field of Science or Cosmetics.
A proven track record of products in the market will be appreciated.
Good Technical knowledge on Hair science & Formulation development.
Experience of working and collaborating with stake holders like Marketing.

Confident and Independent.
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication (written & oral) and organizational skills
Good presentation skill.
