Job Description :
• Become a trusted advisor to CDO / CIO / VP of IT and help them define Data Quality strategies aligned with their business objectives.
• Having 14-19 years of experience in guiding customers with Data Quality concepts, methodologies, industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Experience delivering consulting engagements and engage in the assessment and requirement gathering phase to consolidate Data Quality requirements and build Data Quality solution framework.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and data owners, to facilitate effective communication, consensus building, identifying the Critical Data Elements, performing Data Profiling, identifying relevant DQ dimensions, and change management during Data Quality initiatives.
• Document Business, functional and technical requirements including business rules, technical data quality rules, data standardization approach, scorecard KPI/dashboard and source data integration method.
• Experience in implementing and successfully delivering at least two Data Quality solutions.
• Hands on experience in one or more technologies in this space such as Informatica, Talend, DataBuck etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify data-related issues and propose effective solutions.
• Define best practices for development, automation, monitoring, and version control.
• Bring leadership skills and a positive attitude with a flair for driving organization wide initiatives.
• Good to have certification in Informatica, Talend or similar technology.
