Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming support requests (SEV 1, A, B, & C) and ensure fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Work with internal teams to proactively identify risks and collaborate with team members for effective issue resolution.
  • Follow defined workflows for troubleshooting service requests based on customer-submitted cases.
  • Develop and share best practices to improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of customer support processes.
  • Take command of calls and drive them to conclusion with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Required Technical Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support or Customer Service & Support.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server services like DHCP, DNS, File Share, DFS, VPN, DirectAccess, and RRAS.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols like DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, ARP, ICMP, VPN, and IPSEC.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows server and client OS technologies, including AD forest, Domains, and Group Policy.

Required Soft Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for problem-solving and identifying effective solutions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
  • High attention to detail with a methodical troubleshooting process.
  • Ability to create knowledge articles and document technical solutions effectively.

Work Schedule

The role requires flexibility to work during the EST/PST time zones, with shifts from 6:00 PM – 9:00 AM IST and 9:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST, ensuring 24/7 customer support coverage.
