Role Overview
As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will work closely with customers and partners to design, optimize, and implement cloud solutions. You’ll leverage your expertise in cloud technologies like Azure to guide clients through their digital transformation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with customers, partners, and technical decision makers to identify and support cloud opportunities.
- Optimize cloud architecture and guide customers in overcoming technical blockers to accelerate solution adoption.
- Proactively anticipate and address customer issues by advising on best practices and Microsoft solutions.
- Provide thought leadership on cloud strategy and architecture, and support the customer throughout the implementation process.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive growth through cost optimization, operational efficiency, and performance excellence.
- Ensure that the customer’s cloud solution minimizes downtime and operates according to Microsoft’s best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to close skill gaps and promote the adoption of best practices across customer teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience working in a customer-facing role and on technical projects.
- Technical certifications in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (preferred).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and industry trends.
- Experience with technical leadership and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, providing clear, actionable insights.
