Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Product/Technical Program Management, or related fields OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with data analysis, SQL, and Power BI.
- Proven ability to solve technical problems and perform data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in process engineering and optimization, including developing metrics and tools.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles such as planning, sourcing, and delivering.
- Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
