Coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders to ensure operations run smoothly and solve issues wherever required

- Intake / OTB management – Monitor inventory situation & plan inwards based on the DOH plan & ensure execution of RTVs
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to make vendors/seller catalog live within defined timelines
- Coordinating with the store team for inputs related to weekly refresh, any ad hoc requests to be made live, any corrections, or any other visibility-related inputs.
- Coordinating with the Planning team for releasing POs for brands and ensuring the deliveries for those POs
- Solving different types of vendor issues through external and internal coordination.
- Analyse data to check performance and take proactive actions for any improvement
- Help with repetitive Report generation.
Requirements
- Should have 1 – 2 yrs of work experience
- Strong analytical & numbers acumen and be comfortable generating and evaluating forecasts, metrics.
- Ability to multitask and showcase strong ownership across different projects
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Good excel skills.
- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
