Roles & Responsibilities
Broad responsibilities will include:
- Using data to drive analytical projects across all complexity levels and to generate key business insights &
recommendations to enable decision making.
- Creating cohort-level revenue & margin plans/forecasts for BAU and event days. Monitoring these metrics
deep-dive analyses for problem-solving sessions will also be a key part of the role.
- Being the “data backbone” for the various campaigns run by this and other dependent teams. The recruit
will need to liaison with other cross-functional teams (brand management, sourcing, central planning etc.) to
provide insights and operational support.
- Data visualization for easy consumption of insights for senior and middle management
- Evangelizing and operationalizing the analytical solutions for usage across the MFB organization.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with good business understanding, and ability to get their hands
dirty as required. 1-2 years of experience as Data/Business Analyst would be preferred
Highly proficient in use of Excel, SQL, R/Python. Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau and Power BI is an
added advantage.
Efficient project and stakeholder management skills. Should have demonstrated the ability to work
independently in a highly demanding environment with strict deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple projects
Good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
