Position: Associate Staff Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze application requirements to create test plans and cases.
  • Develop and execute automated tests using Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, or other languages.
  • Utilize tools like Selenium, Appium, TOSCA, Test Complete, and more.
  • Design test automation frameworks following best coding practices.
  • Identify and report bugs, ensuring software quality and reliability.
  • Work within Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track test execution and coverage.
  • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders on quality assurance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
  • Expertise in Cucumber, SpecFlow, Playwright, and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in bug-tracking tools like JIRA.
  • Strong experience in API testing, automation frameworks, and scripting.
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, UFT, and TestNg.
  • Hands-on experience in creating dashboards and test reports.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
