Specialization: ServiceNow Development with expertise in Service Portal, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM, and integrations.

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development, including Service Portal, ITSM, ITOM, and integrations.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow SPM module and CSM.

  • Hands-on experience with scripting (UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, AngularJS).
