Designation: Staff Engineer, ServiceNow
Experience: 7+ years
Specialization: ServiceNow Development with expertise in Service Portal, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM, and integrations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Certifications: ServiceNow SPM module certification (preferred).

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development, including Service Portal, ITSM, ITOM, and integrations.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow SPM module and CSM.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL principles and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting (UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, AngularJS).
  • Proficiency in communicating with users, technical teams, and management to gather and implement requirements.
