Responsibilities
- Creation of MDG and Local View for Customer and Vendor as per standard.
- Creation or changes in bank account for Customer and Vendor.
- Good communication skill to co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders for obtaining documents, issue resolution and imparting KT.
- Execution of reports relating to internal controls and self-audit.
- Reporting on KPIs with basic knowledge about Power BI, PPT.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of services delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Continuous improvement mindset and learning ability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years professional working experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
