Digital Intern for Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding
- Co-lead the implementation of employer branding and talent attraction campaigns
- Gain hands-on experience in content creation and social media management.
- Write and proofread content aligning with our brand guidelines.
- Assist to create basic visual contents
- Analyze campaign activation metrics on related social and digital platforms, and provide reports on engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Prepare visually engaging reports for stakeholders with storytelling elements and visual enhancements in communicating the performance and impact of content through digital analytics.
- Support Team Leads in various tasks related to digital marketing, such as research, monitor digital platforms, and supporting virtual event activations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience or coursework in content creation, journalism, advertising, social media management, is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and contributing to team projects
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Have knowledge and understanding of emerging social channels (eg: TikTok) and content trends (eg: Instagram reels and podcast).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Have basic knowledge of design software and ability to create visually appealing graphics is preferred
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
