Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Creative Specialist to join our Employer Brand & Talent Attraction team. As a Digital Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging content for both digital and print media. Your primary focus will be on graphic design and video editing, with motion graphics skills being an optional but highly valued asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the employer brand & talent attraction team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Create and edit videos for various purposes.
  • Ensure all designs and videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
  • Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in graphic design for both digital and print media.
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in video editing.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing.
  • Motion graphics skills are optional but highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
