Role Overview
The Coordinator – Public Policy will support Netflix India’s Public Policy team by handling administrative tasks, budget tracking, project execution, and government partnerships. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Operational Support
- Manage and track the team budget effectively.
- Oversee contracts, billing, and compliance processes.
- Develop trackers, workflows, and organizational tools.
Project Coordination
- Work with external partners and government entities on initiatives.
- Coordinate projects like IFFI, WAVES conferences, and skilling programs.
- Manage external vendors for event execution.
Communication and Alignment
- Draft internal memos for non-regulatory projects.
- Ensure permissions for media usage during projects.
General Team Support
- Manage Diwali lists, swag distribution, and team events.
- Ensure efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience
- 4-5 years in project management, vendor coordination, or public policy support.
- Strong budgeting skills with experience in financial tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
