Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of management experience and 12+ years in software development.
- Strong background in backend development (Java/Spring) and cloud-based services (AWS).
- Experience with microservices architecture, relational (MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
- Proficiency in modern UI frameworks like React or Polymer.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with product managers and other technical teams.
- Strong experience in goal setting, mentoring, and team ramp-up.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
