Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a Senior SAP Analyst experienced in S4/SAP-AFS or similar ERP solution. We are looking for someone who has confirmed expertise in working with teams focused on S4/SAP-AFS or similar ERP solutions, proven experience, and the ability to work across technology business teams and with globally distributed teams.
The candidate will have a passion for data, and data analysis, and will act as a product advocate connecting business and engineering, ensuring we have the right information at the right time to build the best possible product.
What You Will Work On
In this role, you will:
- You will be working with the team that will configure solutions to address unique and complex business requirements
- You will document and communicate changes to your stakeholders in business-relevant language. You will work closely with your partners in Technology to implement new features
- You will work with your teams in creating stories and helping them in agile scrum process
- You will create and maintain complex context processes and system diagrams describing the architecture and functional flow for the SAP system
- You will coordinate and communicate functional requirements and technical solutions by designing and documenting advanced functional specs
- You will be responsible for and perform complex testing activities including the construction of test plans/scripts including the expected results and the validation of test results
- Be an active member and help to define of Nike’s engineering culture
- Remain current with industry trends and guide the team with key innovation features
- Being available in a rotating production support model and being an escalation point when needed
- Being available in interacting with Global teams when needed to assist the teams with business deliverables

Who You Will Work With
You will be working closely with business partners in the Global and other geo and Engineering teams. Also, together with the SAP Frontline support team, Architecture, Product Management, and the Technology Foundation team to ensure the S4/SAP-AFS solution delivers its value.
You will be reporting to engineering leadership at Supply Chain and Planning Tech India Capability Center, who will guide you to grow and build your career path.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in S4/SAP-AFS or similar ERP solution
- SAP AFS experience preferred – SAP SD experience required
- Experience with sales order configuration, pricing procedures, output conditions, and global billing configuration required
- Experience around Supply chain process is required
- Experience with SAP integration via BAPI and IDOC strongly preferred
- Experience with SAP Netweaver preferred
- Previous experience partnering with ABAP development to design and build custom solutions required
- Experience with EDI integration including EDI850 and EDI850 preferred
- Ability to execute and document functional testing and end-to-end scenario testing
- Experience with Agile ways of working (e.g. Scrum), tools (e.g. Jira) for Story creation, and Agile mentality
- Exposure towards API knowledge and development is a plus
- Experience around ABAP development is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with product team, support teams, and other engineering teams
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, precise and easy-to-read functional specifications critical
- Strong business acumen to quickly learn new processes and understand the technology requirements needed to support achieving revenue and profit goals
- Flexible, ability to deal with ambiguity, and a demonstrated desire for continuous personal growth
- Ability to lead teams and drive work to completion
- Self-starter who can create their own path to success

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant subject area, or equivalent experience
The following would be nice-to-have:
- Experience in designing and implementing highly scalable web applications
- Experience with monitoring and tracing tools like Splunk, SignalFx, New Relic etc
- Exposure to Supply Chain domain areas like inventory management, order management, logistics management, warehouse management
- Experience working with AWS
