WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Workday HR Configurator to support Talent Management and/or Learning & Development solutions. This role will sit within our HR Technology Engineering – the team who supports Workday HR configuration solutions for Core HR Shared Services (HRD), Payroll, Total Rewards Operations, Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development. This person is an HR Talent and/or Learning Configurator professional with experience in implementing and transforming technology – Workday experience is a must. This person will have a good understanding of HR technology, technology deployment processes, Workday’s Business Process Framework and Security with core HCM, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Reporting, etc. We’re passionate about providing Nike Talent with the best employee experience, and welcoming talent with the same passion!
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will work with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure HR Talent Management and/or Learning & Development requirements are completed and built in Workday fit the needs of our teammates. As Workday Configurator, partner closely with the people team to build a foundation for the project efforts by capturing the business context – problem definition, current state, objectives, business case, desired future state definition, etc. and possible methods of configuration within the Workday HCM Talent and/or Learning Modules. Additionally, you will continuously review HR business requirements from our stakeholders and determine the best technology solution, determine the appropriate output, format, and distribution method.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the HR Technology leader and be our liaison between the HR Transformation Program and our HR Business team. You will represent HR Tech Talent and/or Learning configurator, partnering with our Talent Management and/or Learning & Development business teams to ensure we are well
represented. Extended stakeholder partners will include other HR Project Managers, HR Functional Leaders, our Technology teams, as well as Reporting Analytics team.
WHAT YOU BRING
Demonstrating knowledge of Talent and/or Learning Configurator as applicable to Workday (essential)
3+ years of Workday configuration experience in the module/modules of your experience (certification is desired)
Strong general understanding of Workday HCM modules, with a particular focus on Talent and/or Learning and Reporting a plus
Detail oriented with superior analytical, problem solving, pragmatism and organization skills
Proven experience working in project oriented high-performing teams
Influencing the Workday product roadmap, understanding and articulating business needs to drive and evaluate/set roadmap priorities
Deep knowledge of Workday’s Business Process Framework and Security with core HCM, Talent and/or Learning BP, Condition Rules, Alerts, Report Scheduling, etc.
Strong attention to detail and goal oriented. Must be able to effectively manage multiple activities and/or projects concurrently.
Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities including ad hoc requests.
Commitment to excellence in delivery of customer service.
