Key Responsibilities
- Developing & implementing DLP policies and procedures for preventing the unauthorized transfer, sharing, or theft of sensitive data.
- Monitoring DLP systems to analyze alerts.
- In the event of a security incident, work on mitigating the risk and minimizing the impact on the organization.
- Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues related to the solutions.
- Perform periodic reconciliations to 100% solution coverage.
- Publish DLP reports/Dashboards.
- Collaborating with stakeholders such as legal, compliance, HR and audit teams, to ensure that data protection policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide training and awareness to employees to educate them about data protection policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure that DLP policies and procedures are being followed and to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously improving DLP systems by reducing false positives, new rules to keep up with evolving threats and changing business needs.
Qualification/Skill
- Graduate in Computer Science
- 2-4 years in Information Security
- Experience in Implementing/managing DLP/CASB solution
- Good knowledge of data protection technologies
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ethical, with the ability to remain impartial and report all non compliances
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in information security and DLP technologies
