Position Overview : We are looking for Oracle HCM Cloud Consultants those who have good experience in Core HR / Absence Management , / Performance Management / Benefits / Compensation / Taleo / ORC / OLC etc
- Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle HCM products (Core HR, Talent and Goal Management, Payroll, Absence Management etc.,)
- Experience in 1 or more of these modules along with the Core HR –
- Must be able to work independently to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues prior to their occurrence.
- The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design and configuration, testing and go-live.
- Cloud experience.
- Experience in competitor HCM products: good to have
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
