Panasonic is hiring Area Sales Manager in Bengaluru

This Role is responsible to handle “Factory Automation” business in Karnataka, Hyderabad region. Hands on or sales experience with Product (Servo, Sensor, Safety Products) and Solution sales. Need to be stationed in Bangalore and report to Bangalore office.

Responsibilities

1) To handle sales of Karnataka & Hyderabad for Factory Automation Business (Servo, PLC, Sensors, and Safety Products)

2) Should have experience in handling industrial verticals like Packaging, Textile, Machine Tool, Automotive, Electronics & SPM’s.

3) Should have experience of selling products like PLC, MOTION CONTROLLERS, SERVO & SENSORS.

4) To handle the existing business of distributors and develop more customers for new business.

5) To define Segment based strategy and improve growth.

6) To achieve BP on each product category.

7) Work on Product promotions and Training of regional customers

8) To handle Distributors & Grow their sales in the respective region.

9) Must be strong team player and work for the growth Agenda for his Market.

10) To report to Zonal Manager on the development agenda and other activities

11) Reports & Articulation of happening in the market in line with Management Expectations

Qualifications

  • BE in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical in the Reputed Institution
  • Previous experience in technical sales- 7 to 12 years
  • Previous industry experience – Sales Management, Distributor Management, Segmental Focus (Packaging, Machine Tool, Automotive, Textile, SPM’s etc)
