About Position:
We are looking for solid BSA capabilities and experience working on DLP programs/initiatives. Preferred qualifications to include Business Analysis experience on an internal IT team supporting SaaS Project Management applications.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead DLP risk management: Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and develop prevention and remediation plans. Partner with security teams and serve as an escalation point.
- Drive strategic SaaS management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and establish governance policies across applications.
- Manage projects and improve processes: Lead initiatives from conception to completion, utilizing tools like Jira. Spearhead continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop and maintain documentation: Create user guides, technical specifications, and reports on DLP policies and remediation efforts.
- Champion data-driven decision making: Develop and track KPIs aligned with business objectives, focusing on high-impact metrics.
- Foster a customer-first approach: Incorporate outside-in thinking in all projects and initiatives.
- Support system improvement projects from design through implementation and support: expect to get your hands into the details.
- This role will be working directly with users to build requirements.
Expertise You’ll Bring:
- Relevant certifications: Security/DLP, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Technical skills: Scripting (Python, JavaScript, GAM), API integration experience.
- Advanced methodologies: Value stream mapping, change management, continuous improvement programs.
- Compliance knowledge: Familiarity with regulations like GDPR and HIPAA in relation to SaaS and data protection.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Technical expertise: Proven experience in SaaS application management, DLP programs, and analytical tools.
- Business analysis skills: Ability to gather requirements, create process flows, and conduct gap analysis.
- Data proficiency: Experience in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
- Communication and presentation skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex information and craft compelling narratives.
- Stakeholder management: Strong skills in driving engagement across all organizational levels.
- Project and change management: Hands-on experience in leading initiatives and facilitating organizational transitions.
- Problem-solving and initiative: Ability to break down complex issues and proactively drive work forward.
