About Position

A Campus Recruiter is responsible for sourcing fresh talent from colleges, universities, and other institutions. This role involves building relationships with key influencers on college and university campuses, promoting the company brand, and finding, screening, and selecting candidates for open positions.

Job Location: Goa
Looking for a Fresher/ HR intern.

What you’ll do
This position will be required to participate in a variety of Campus recruitment activities ensuring that the organization’s talent acquisition process is efficient, effective, and equitable.
This position will carry out talent acquisition operations which includes, but not limited to: Assessing the hiring needs of the company and developing job descriptions and specifications accordingly.
Working with internal and external stakeholders to complete the overall campus related drives / activities in timely manner.
Researching hiring trends and compiling recruitment reports and presentations. Sourcing talented candidates through a variety of means including events, communication, and databases.
Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.
Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Managing and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates. Managing all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation.
Working with Branding and Marketing team to showcase Campus achievements through all appropriate media forums working towards making Persistent the ‘Employer of Choice’

Expertise you’ll bring
A master’s degree in human resources or similar.
Good understanding of the recruitment process and university databases.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Experience with designing and conducting interviews.
Good knowledge of recruitment practices and keeping up to date with trends.
Proficient in MS Office (MS Work, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) Work well in a team environment and prudent interpersonal skills Knowledge of recruitment in the Technology sector as well as recruitment system is advantageous
