Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ, including migration of data, applications, and roles.
  • Analyze requirements, design architecture, configure, and customize SailPoint solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery with robust unit test cases and test coverage.
  • Provide operational support and resolve IAM-related incidents.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand IGA requirements and compliance needs.
  • Conduct IGA training sessions and provide technical support for deployments.
  • Prepare documentation, support code promotions, and manage configurations.

Required Expertise

  • 4+ years of experience in IAM, with at least 2 years in SailPoint.
  • Preferable SailPoint certification.
  • Strong knowledge of identity governance, access reviews, and RBAC.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions.
  • Proficiency in operational tasks such as troubleshooting and release management.
  • Experience in provisioning, workflow customization, APIs, and plugin implementation.
