About Position:

This role requires someone very strong in analyzing the technical training/product content and transform them into an elementary language. The candidate should have strong exposure to user assistance types & information and learning architecture.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate and communicate with technical & training teams regarding content ideas and creating technical programs.
  • Contribute to the production of technical content. Analyse and manage existing and potential content.
  • Create and maintain the information architecture. Make high-quality documentation that meets standards, is appropriate and is easy to use.
  • Produce and distribute tutorials to help stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the stakeholder’s attention.
  • The candidate should be passionate about exploring new technologies.
  • Should have strong experience in designing and developing technical curriculum and content.
  • Will be responsible for designing the course curriculum mapping to different roles in the specified technology stack.
  • Should have strong hands-on experience in designing and developing industry-relevant capstone projects.

Expertise You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, minimum.
  • 5+ years’ industry experience as an effective technical writer.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Technical Writer with 4 years’ experience in writing documentation for Software applications (products) and having hands-on experience on DITA-XML based authoring tool (e.g. AEM, or Oxygen XML, or Author It)
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement
  • Passionate about user-centric approach
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
