About Position:
This role requires someone very strong in analyzing the technical training/product content and transform them into an elementary language. The candidate should have strong exposure to user assistance types & information and learning architecture.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate and communicate with technical & training teams regarding content ideas and creating technical programs.
- Contribute to the production of technical content. Analyse and manage existing and potential content.
- Create and maintain the information architecture. Make high-quality documentation that meets standards, is appropriate and is easy to use.
- Produce and distribute tutorials to help stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the stakeholder’s attention.
- The candidate should be passionate about exploring new technologies.
- Should have strong experience in designing and developing technical curriculum and content.
- Will be responsible for designing the course curriculum mapping to different roles in the specified technology stack.
- Should have strong hands-on experience in designing and developing industry-relevant capstone projects.
Expertise You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, minimum.
- 5+ years’ industry experience as an effective technical writer.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Technical Writer with 4 years’ experience in writing documentation for Software applications (products) and having hands-on experience on DITA-XML based authoring tool (e.g. AEM, or Oxygen XML, or Author It)
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement
- Passionate about user-centric approach
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
