Role Overview

The Product Director for Risk & Fraud will play a pivotal role in building the product strategy and roadmap for Ping Identity’s AI-driven risk detection and management service. You will be responsible for shaping the product’s direction, integrating new AI technologies, and ensuring that Ping Identity maintains leadership in the cybersecurity and fraud detection market. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the product strategy and roadmap for an AI-based risk detection and management service.
  • Gather and analyze market requirements, prioritize new opportunities, and create product requirements documents.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of product management experience, particularly in cybersecurity, risk, or fraud detection.
  • Proven experience in building and launching data-driven, machine learning-based products.
  • Experience with high-performing, scalable, mission-critical applications.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product vision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced technical or business degree (MBA preferred) is a plus.
