Roles & Responsibilities

  • Team Handling:
  • Have regular team connect to understand their needs and boost their morale
  • Go with them on the field regularly to make sure everything is going smoothly
  • Frequent on-field location audits should be done
  • Train & Enhance their presentation skills
  • Measure team’s work and share the progressive report to them on frequent basis
  • Market Mapping:
  • Understand the geography of the entire city wrt industries, customer type
  • Bifurcate the use case based on the customer type
  • Wallet Share growth:
  • Target High potential Key account customers & improve their Wallet share by addressing their pressing issues
  • Use your cluster managers to target cluster/zone wise and increase the overall order contribution %
  • Analyze and devise plans for the betterment of Customers Wallet Share growth
  • Timeline Adherence:
  • Adhere to timelines for creative requirements across various touchpoints.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the survey/field research report & maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Project initiatives:
  • Drive more pilot projects and new Initiatives
  • Explore the market deeply and come up with innovative ideas/projects to support for city’s growth

In Brief

  • Own Business Development in terms of Customer growth & Retention
  • Market mapping on Demand side
  • Generate reports and statistical analysis for potential business opportunities
  • Coordinating with cross-functional verticals (Supply, Branding, and Marketing) for strategic decision-making and helping them with qualitative as well quantitative inputs
  • Gather market and competitive intelligence from various sources and create actionable insights
  • To drive pilot projects and new Initiatives
  • Responsible for the team growth
  • Analyze and devise plans for the betterment of Customers Wallet Share growth
  • Maintain regular contact with Customer community and share feedback from time to time
  • Measure & analyze the success of every campaign

Functional Competencies

  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Possess technical proficiency in tools such as Google doc, PPT & Google Sheets for creating reports and analysis.
  • Possess basic knowledge of design related works.
  • Cross functional collaboration:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional verticals (Supply, Branding, and Marketing) for strategic decision-making and help them with qualitative as well quantitative inputs
  • Have regular interaction with the other city counterparts and gather valuable insights and implement in your city based on the requirement
  • Gather market and competitive intelligence from various sources and create actionable insights
