Key Objectives:

- Conduct Comprehensive Market and Data Analyses: Conduct in-depth market research and data analyses to evaluate trends, assess competitive landscapes, and identify growth opportunities.
- Proactively interpret data to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Drive PUMA India Projects and Strategic Initiatives: Define problem statements, devise innovative solutions, and collaborate across departments to execute strategic initiatives.
- Conduct rigorous market research, perform detailed data analysis, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support Strategic Initiative Operations: Facilitate day-to-day operations of the Strategic Initiative team by managing projects, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and providing analytical support.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and milestones
- Collaborate in a Team Environment for Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate ideas for new products and market expansion. Contribute to developing strategies that promote company growth and continuous improvement.
- Provide Insights for Business Actions and Priorities: Recommend and prioritize business actions based on analytical insights and strategic priorities. Assist in developing actionable recommendations to support organizational goals.
- Prepare Comprehensive Internal Reporting: Coordinate with internal functions to gather inputs and create comprehensive reports for internal presentations. Ensure data accuracy and clarity in reporting to support decision-making processes
Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred but not required
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in strategic analysis, market research, or management consulting, ideally within the consumer goods, fashion, or retail industry.
- Background in data analysis and interpretation, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, including senior management
