ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Planning, executing, tracking and analysis of marketing campaigns.
– Responsible for the entire lifecycle of a campaign, from inception to launch to the evaluation of results
– Lead A/B testing, performance optimization and campaign enhancement efforts
– Build workflows and execute trigger-based campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to increase customer penetration
– Able to orchestrate cross channel campaigns using omnichannel platforms
– Troubleshooting issues and bugs related to marketing automation
– Proactively monitor and analyses key KPIs to identify and implement opportunities for campaign optimization
– Ability to think logically and build complex segments while keeping in mind business and marketing strategies
– Understanding of campaign process and assist team with planning requirements, tracking and data quality
– Knowledge of the database structures
– Learn and apply new technologies continuously. Evaluate, recommend, and implement the best technologies and tools that fit our needs
– Create clear reports that tell compelling stories about how customers use the card and their behavior
– Understand the business requirements and prepare requirement reports, deep analysis /use cases
– Help streamline and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Masters in any specialization
SKILLS REQUIRED:
– Must have experience in any Campaign Management software (UNICA, Resulticks, Adobe etc.) preferably in BFSI Domain
– Expertise in databases , knowledge of Cloud platforms, Big Data, Azure
– Knowledge of Advanced SQL will be an added advantage
– Advanced Excel (MS Office)
