A. Position Purpose
Product Manager -NRI Banking to manage the core products and processes in NRI Banking.
Position Responsibilities

1.
To devise new products/ processes in alignment with regulatory guidelines and competition benchmarking.
2.
To manage branch queries and resolve any complaints
3.
To liaise with operations team to streamline processes
4.
To manage all queries raised by Internal/external audits and compliance
5.
To liaise with Channels/Markets for improving the digital banking features for NR customers
6.
To train branches / sales staff on all NR Products and process
B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

6-7 years experience in managing NRI product
