Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at RBL Bank in Ludhiana. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client portfolios, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing financial solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound knowledge of financial products and services
- Ability to analyze financial data and interpret market trends
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Certifications like NISM or NCFM would be beneficial
