Key Responsibilities:
- Innovative Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement creative marketing strategies in line with redBus India’s overall brand and marketing objectives.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, ATL (Above The Line), and BTL (Below The Line) media channels.
- Media Strategy & Execution: Translate brand objectives into comprehensive media strategies and go-to-market plans. Collaborate with media agencies with a digital-first approach to execute and optimize these plans.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, target audiences, competitors, and consumer journeys to enhance engagement and drive conversions.
- Collaboration with Agencies & Influencers: Work closely with external agencies, influencers, and content creators to ensure effective campaign execution and boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Analyze and optimize campaign expenditure to align with expected revenue and impact on media, brand, and business metrics.
- Execution Excellence: Collaborate with agency, revenue, and brand leads to track, manage, and report campaign performance. Conduct pre, mid, and post-campaign analyses to assess ROI against predefined KPIs.
- Swift Turnaround: Ensure a quick turnaround time for critical deliverables.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills with vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost control.
- Vendor Management: Track all vendor invoices and payments, both pending and delivered.
- Creative Team Coordination: Work with the in-house creative team to deliver artwork for collateral and campaign communication elements efficiently.
- Marketing Planning & Activations: Lead marketing planning and calendar, overseeing activations across ATL, BTL, PR, and Digital channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders, including Product and Supply teams, to ensure full support in executing the strategy.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA in Marketing from a Tier-1 Business School
Experience Required:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in managing and handling marketing campaigns end-to-end (from conception to execution and performance tracking). Preferably in a new age startup, consumer tech, or other B2C businesses.
