Role: Creative Supervisor
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in a Copywriter/Senior Copywriter role.
Must-Have:
- Proficiency in Hindi, including the ability to write copy in Hindi script.
- Expertise in creating campaign ideas tailored for Bharat, with a deep understanding of its nuances and insights.
- Experience in crafting digital and offline brand campaigns.
- Ability to develop film insights and write scripts in Hindi.
Key Skills:
- Creative Writing: Strong writing skills in both Hindi and English.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in ideating and writing in both languages, whether it’s writing a Hindi poem or conceptualizing a campaign for Bharat travelers.
- Social Media Expertise: Experience in creating social media content for brands.
- Creative Storytelling: Proven skills in storytelling, social content creation, brand campaign ideation, and user insight analysis.
- Analytical Thinking: Experience in driving digital campaigns and offline ideas.
- Clear Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand briefs and convey them seamlessly to the creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise creative projects for team FUEL.
- Oversee projects from idea inception to execution.
- Maintain brand tone of voice, creative guidelines, and quality standards across all work.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop concepts, discuss ideas, and drive execution.
- Manage creative projects, plan timelines, and ensure seamless workflow for team FUEL.
- Drive growth in redBus’ creative storytelling and enhance the brand’s online and offline presence.
