For our growing organization, we are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team on CIS region.
Qualifications:
- Have good written and spoken English and Russian knowledge.
- Knowledge of Open shift or Kubernetes build, backup, and storage Technologies
- Knowledge of Ansible Automation Platform.
- Installation, configuration, and problem resolution studies of Linux operating systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- No travel restrictions
- Completed military service for male candidates.
- In harmony with the sales teams, will be able to participate in product quotation and solution processes from the teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establishing PoC and Demo environments for the solutions we offer to our customers and carrying out the necessary activities to solve customer needs.
- Will be able to carry out PostSales activities in line with customer needs.
- Webinars, blogs, etc. on topics specified by our company. carrying out activities.
- Making presentations about our solutions to the partner channel and/or our customers.
- Taking the necessary actions for product problems coming from customer environments and eliminating the problems.
