About the Role:

The Talent Scout – Technical Support ,will be a crucial part of our talent acquisition team, focusing on high-volume requisitions for technical support,Renewals & CSM roles and also other Strategic roles like Product. You will work closely with our Talent Partners and hiring managers to identify and engage top-tier candidates who can deliver outstanding support to our customers. Your expertise in high-volume sourcing and your ability to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates will be essential to Rubrik’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards (Naukri), social media, LinkedIn, and industry-specific platforms, to identify and engage potential candidates for technical support roles.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical support talent to meet ongoing hiring demands. Continuously assess and adjust sourcing strategies based on business needs.
  • Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for technical support positions. Collaborate with recruiters to coordinate interviews and assessments.
  • Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to keep them informed about job opportunities and company updates. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, priorities, and timelines. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and salary benchmarks to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate profiles, interactions, and feedback in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer with a focus on high-volume requisitions, preferably in a B2B SaaS-based Organization ,HCM or a consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and engaging candidates in a competitive job market.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • A data-driven approach to sourcing and a commitment to meeting recruitment targets.
