Job Overview

The successful candidate will work on cutting-edge robotics projects, focusing on sensor fusion, computer vision, SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), path planning, navigation, and Reinforcement Learning.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement algorithms for SLAM, vSLAM, path planning, computer vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
  • 3D reconstructions and deep learning
  • Design and implement navigation strategies for robotic systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics systems.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of various sensors such as LiDAR, IMU, and cameras.
  • Optimize algorithms for real-time performance.
  • Implement and maintain codebase primarily in C/C++ and Python.
  • Utilize tools like ROS (Robot Operating System), OpenCV, and PyTorch.
  • Hands-on work with robotic hardware, including system setup, calibration, and debugging.
  • Test robotic systems in simulated and real-world scenarios, including evaluation of navigation efficacy and safety.
  • Publications in recognized conferences or journals such as ICRA /IROS/CVPR

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in robotics, computer vision, path planning, navigation, and Reinforcement Learning.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
  • Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System).
  • Experience in computer vision libraries such as OpenCV.
  • Deep learning frameworks experience, preferably with PyTorch.
  • Understanding of various types of sensors used in robotic systems.
  • Experience with robotic hardware is a must.

Qualifications/Certifications Required

BTech, MTech, or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

  • BTech or MTech – minimum 8 years to 15 Years
