Role Overview

Cloud & Lifecycle Management (CLM) is integral to SAP’s product success and a key differentiator in the market. The Software Logistics unit within CLM develops tools and frameworks for product lifecycle activities, including system installation, updates, upgrades, and integrations. As a Quality Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring end-to-end testing and automation of CLM solutions.

Role Expectations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations.
  • Perform manual testing and automate test cases for developed backlogs.
  • Ensure adherence to quality processes and drive continuous improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams.
  • Execute unit, functional, and integration testing to identify and address gaps.
  • Support development teams in resolving customer/internal issues swiftly.

Experience Requirements

  • Engineering degree or MCA with a strong technical background.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT quality roles.
  • Proficiency in testing tools: Selenium, WebdriverIO, POSTMAN, JMETER, and Qmate.
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform and DevOps methodologies (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in agile environments (SCRUM is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality results.
