Role Overview

As a Senior AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing AWS cloud environments. Your expertise in multi-account AWS management, IAM policies, security compliance, and cloud automation will be crucial for optimizing performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage a secure, multi-account AWS environment using AWS Control Tower and AWS Organizations.
  • Use Terraform and AWS CloudFormation for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate resource provisioning.
  • Design and manage IAM policies to enforce least-privilege access.
  • Optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency, performance, and security.
  • Implement security configurations to mitigate risks across AWS resources.
  • Manage AMI automation and ensure streamlined image management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, SCPs, and multi-account management.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with AMI automation and instance-level patching.
  • Knowledge of VMware operations and Linux/Windows OS administration.
