Job Description

As a Business Operations Analyst at ServiceNow, you will play a critical role in managing global talent data processes and ensuring system solutions align with business requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the go-to expert for global talent data processes across teams such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partners.
  • Managing master data in Workday, Jobvite, and ServiceNow platforms.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and translate them into streamlined solutions.
  • Creating detailed process maps, workflows, and UAT strategies to ensure smooth system implementations.
  • Maintaining data integrity and standardizing data entry procedures globally.
  • Building reports and real-time dashboards to provide HR and business leaders with key insights.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or similar SaaS technologies.
  • Experience in maintaining HR data processes that scale effectively across the organization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and a passion for data integrity and improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
